As we know, science has already confirmed that people absorb energy from others. Friends are put in your life to improve your life.
One should be very wise in the friendship selection process because it determines your thinking capabilities. Bad friends can make your life miserable but good friends can reshape and improve your life.
In this guide, you’ll learn everything you need to know about how to love yourself.
What to do.
What not to do.
(And most important of all) how to believe in yourself when you feel like the world is telling you different.
I’ve spent the past few years working closely with leaders on incorporating self-care into their work lives — as a key component of their overall performance — so that an expansion in their role or responsibilities doesn’t come at the expense of their health and well-being. One CEO I worked with summed it up best when he said: “Self-care is no longer a luxury; it’s part of the job.”
So, what exactly is self-care, and how do we do it?
Everyone knows someone who is a negative person.
They may call themselves “realists” or claim that they are just being honest, however they always bring down the mood in every room they enter.
Being happy is a very personal thing, and sometimes it doesn’t have to do with anyone else. Self-care is ultimately the most important priority one has to themselves. Taking care of yourself is an essential lifestyle. Being healthy and happy helps you be the best version of yourself. Being happy not only reflects on you but on others too. Do all things with kindness.
Before I go into my 12 Steps For Self Care (I’ll be going LIVE and doing a blog post on that another day), before I do another LIVE video, before I conduct another Master Class, here are 5 things that I want all of my clients to STOP doing.
Partnerships may have love, but do they have unconditional love? Unconditional love lies outside the boundaries of rules, expectations and disappointments. In theory, it allows your partner to be all that they are, the good and the ugly, without judgement.
It’s easy to blame someone else when things don’t go the way you want to. But the reality is that a lot of times it’s not just one person’s fault. I just wanted to take a moment to point out a few things to help you reflect on YOU.
Who doesn’t need a little love? And guess who’s always there to give it? That would be YOU. Self-care has been a hot topic lately, and a huge part of that is showing yourself a little love. I am excited to take you on an exciting new challenge that will take you on a journey of self-love.
