✅Maybe you have enabled a certain behavior that you shouldn’t have enabled in the first place? And because of that this person has gotten used to getting away with things?
✅Maybe your boundaries were blurry and you didn’t communicate clearly?
✅Maybe you assumed things that should have been discussed more in depth?
✅There can be so many reasons. So, it’s always good to take the time to reflect!
